Our Kombucha is raw, full of active cultures, and yet shelf-stable without refrigeration. How is that possible?

Since our founding in 2019, we have intensively researched, developed, and tested – until we created our own, protected PrioBiotic Complex. With it, you can enjoy the best Raw Kombucha without refrigerated storage.

Of course, we can't reveal the exact secret recipe, but we want to transparently explain what's behind it: We rely on a multi-stage fermentation process where we pay close attention to the natural processes. The sugar is almost completely metabolized, and any alcohol is already broken down during the process. With less than 2.3g of sugar per 100ml, our Kombucha contains over 60% less sugar than most others – this not only makes it lighter and healthier, but also deprives the microorganisms of the nutrient base for unwanted refermentation.

Additionally, we bottle every bottle on a specialized high-tech facility under particularly hygienic conditions – completely free of external germs. This is complex and rare, but it ensures that our Kombucha remains stable without needing to be heated, pasteurized, or preserved.

And nature also helps: Due to the naturally low pH value and the targeted control of the yeasts it contains, our Kombucha is safely shelf-stable and remains 100% raw, active, and authentic.
